All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Europe: 7–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
• Other countries: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, holidays, or logistics disruptions.

Shipping Method

We work with international suppliers and logistics partners. Orders are shipped directly from our partners’ warehouses to your address.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
